COURSE REGISTRATION

Participation is confirmed only if the Registration Form has been submitted to the secretariat and the Room Reservation Form to the Berjaya Hills management before 21 September 2012.

The registration fee for the program is MYR500.00/USD180 per participant inclusive of program materials and certificate.

Note:    Institutional cheque is preferred.  Local Order (LO) is only accepted if a copy of the LO reaches the secretariat before 21 September 2012. Due to past experience we have decided not to accept undertaking letters.

No refunds shall be given for cancellations.
